Worm cast are the product of compost worms activity and is full of highly active bacteria, fungi and other beneficial microorganisms. Worm cast is of sandy, crumbly structure and increases the water retention and aeration of the Soil. A healthy Soil takes care of its plants. Worm cast is widely used in ecological agriculture and permaculture.
